Lead Leakage Calculator
Put in your own numbers and see what the enquiries you are not converting are worth, and what recovering a slice of them would mean each month.
Rough figures are fine
These two are yours, not ours. Both start deliberately low.

Directional analysis only. These are estimates built on the figures you entered and the two recovery rates you chose. They are not a projection of results and nothing here is a revenue promise.

A follow-up system only makes sense if it pays for itself out of leads you have already bought. If recovering a conservative slice of your unconverted enquiries does not comfortably clear the monthly cost, it is the wrong investment and we will tell you that on the call.
Two things usually move this number more than people expect. The first is speed: the enquiries lost to a slow reply were often the easiest ones to win. The second is depth: businesses that stop at one follow-up attempt never find out how many of those leads were sitting at attempt three.
Missed calls are counted separately for a reason. They rarely appear in an enquiry count at all, because an unanswered call leaves no record anyone looks at. They also behave differently: an instant text-back turns a decent share of them back into a live conversation, which is why that assumption sits higher than the follow-up one. If your enquiry number already includes calls that rang out, set the missed calls field to zero so they are not counted twice.
