Your result
The score is a self-assessment, not an audit. On the review we check what is actually happening rather than what is meant to happen, which is usually where the gap turns out to be bigger.
What the score means
Why these ten questions
Each one maps to a place we repeatedly find money sitting. Speed decides who gets the job. Missed calls and after-hours enquiries are paid clicks that leave no trace. Follow-up depth decides whether you ever reach the sale that was always going to take four attempts. And a database nobody contacts is revenue you already paid to acquire, twice over.
